With Photos, Art Agreement and Retainer!

PHOTOS: You and Jamie decide on the photo to use together. Clients who would like to use Jamie's photography services can take 50% off her regular sitting fee. She will provide 30 great images to choose from for the art process. A double bonus is the images will be great for straight prints too!

Before sending pre-existing images, please read the image file guidelines on the BEST IMAGES page, and then send digital files through e-mail to Jamie at: info@decopaw.com. She'd like it if you wrote something in the e-mail too, like what you are looking for, how you found her, your pets name(s), etc.

ART AGREEMENT: Then once the photo has been selected, you complete an art agreement, that among other things, outlines your color and design preferences. The art process is highly personalized: Jamie uses the information in the contract- each client's favorite colors and design wishes, and information about the pet and their personality, and marries these into a one-of-a-kind art piece that truly reflects the personality and spirit of the pet.

RETAINER: A retainer is required on each piece ordered, and is 50% of the price of the piece or pieces you are ordering. The retainer is non-refundable but is credited toward the final order total.

(The balance on the order is due upon invoice receipt after the final order has been submitted to Jamie. This is generally 4-6 weeks following the start date.)

Payment for the retainer may be made by Check, or Debit Card, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express Credit Card(s) via fax or phone.
